Orthodontics (adults and children) and the management of facial abnormalitites

After graduating from Guy’s Dental Hospital in 1993, Alex took his first posts in Paediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. Before specialising in Orthodontics, he continued his professional training and postgraduate education with further experience in a busy London dental practice and at the Royal Berkshire and St George’s Hospitals. Alex completed his Specialist Orthodontic Training in the centres at Guy’s, Kingston and the Queen Victoria Hospitals presenting biomaterials thesis as part of his Masters in 2000. Alex was appointed Consultant Orthodontist at Guy’s and the QVH, East Grinstead in 2004 where he helps in the teaching of both postgraduates and undergraduates. He chairs the South East Regional Orthodontic Audit Group and sits on British Orthodontic Society committees and is past chairman of the Training Grades Group of the British Orthodontic Society. Referrals are accepted in all areas of both paediatric and adult orthodontics.
